Justin Bieber got confrontational with the paparazzi on Tuesday after they hounded him with "stupid questions."
The flare-up started as Justin got fed up with a TMZ paparazzo's barrage of questions. Getting increasingly bothered, the singer's calm broke when he was asked if he'd sing at Donald Trump's inauguration. (To be fair, we'd get annoyed at that kind of question, too.)
Justin said, "Why do you guys ask such stupid questions?" and when the paparazzo tried defending his query, the star fought on, insisting, "No, you ask really dumb questions."
Facing the paparazzo's refusal to let up, as well as a new line of questioning about the influence of Kanye West, Justin dug in deep, with a classic insult: "What's wrong with your face?" He continued, "The way your face looks, there's something wrong with it ... It's nothing about your features, it's just the insecurities in your face, asking the dumb questions that you're asking."

The incident is but the latest in a long line of moments that demonstrate the Biebs' growing exhaustion from his time in Hollywood. Despite the insane wealth and privilege that accompany with fame, it's pretty easy to see where Justin's coming from with the downsides. Though these days, being photographed by the paparazzi is an inevitable side-effect of mega-stardom, most of us, if regularly egged on by prying strangers, would likely miss our privacy, too.
Over the past few months, Justin has expressed his frustration to fans of both the online and IRL variety. But while he is able to quit Instagram, distancing himself from the people who are literally paid to follow him is unfortunately not as easy.
