Justin Bieber has never shied away from controversies -- Bieber Fever they say.
But this time around, it is not Bieber who is stirring the controversy; but a group of biology students.
A group of high school Israeli students made a plea on social media to the Education Ministry of Israel, asking to reschedule the national biology exam, just because they wanted to attend Bieber's concert.
Unimaginable, but thankfully, the Education Ministry denied.
Washington Post reported that the scheduled national biology exam was supposed to be held the night before the concert and the students broke into their demands seeing as Bieber has not performed in Israel since 2011.
To make things more interesting, one of the students reportedly took the issue to the Facebook page of Israel's National Student and Youth Council.
The student wrote, "With due respect to biology, Justin Bieber does not come to Israel every year. This exam will prevent many high school kids from going to his performance."
Nice try, but their efforts were in vain as the Ministry said the exam will be held at 2:30pm the day after the Tel Aviv concert, which gives the students plenty of time to watch the show.
Bieber will be performing in Park Hayarkon, Tel Aviv May 3, next year.
