Justin Bieber's International Routing Fills Out
The powerhouse "Purpose" tour that has seen Justin Bieber on the road since March is pushing on in 2017. After spending most of this year in North America and Europe, the Biebs will hit those continents again, along with Australia, Asia, Africa and South America.
The next place to catch this singer is at Miami Beach, Fla., on New Year's Eve. As we've previously reported, Justin then hits Mexico in February, and three of those dates will be at Foro Sol in Mexico City. The artist is also headed down under in March, with a run of shows in Australia and New Zealand, followed by an extensive Latin American trek, which moves from Santiago, Chile, March 23 to San Jose, Costa Rica, on April 24.
What's new is a gig in Tel Aviv, Israel, on May 3 and in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on May 6. After the Middle East, Bieber's star will shine in South Africa, with gigs in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
After the new continents, he is back in Europe with a mix of headline dates and solo shows. He recently announced his appearance at North Summer Festival in France, Wireless Germany in Germany and Barclaycard British Summer Time in the United Kingdom.
The last dates we have for the former Pollstar HotStar's tour are a run of stadiums in North America. That leg opens July 29 in Arlington, Texas, and concludes with a two-night stand at the Toronto's Rogers Centre Sept. 5-6, in Bieber's native province of Ontario.
The "Purpose" world tour kicked off with a run of arenas in North America and then moved to Japan for a few shows and Europe, where he was on the road for more than three months. Assuming the Toronto shows are actually the end of the tour, "Purpose" will have been a solid 18 months.
