Hailey Baldwin deletes Snapchat after facing Justin Bieber backlash

But one place fans won't be seeing the 20 year old is Snapchat, after she revealed she had deleted the app. 

The stunning star told Elle Magazine that she was no longer using her social media account. 

Partaking in a rapid fire video interview, the catwalk queen was asked for her favourite Snapchat filter, to which she simply answered: "I deleted Snapchat."

The American had previously shared her Snapchat handle, Haileyisboring, back in April, encouraging fans to follow her.

But after coming under intense scrutiny over her posts relating to Justin Bieber, the model has decided it best to stay away. 

Continuing her Australian tour, Hailey also revealed that she was reducing her consumption of other social media too, keeping away from Facebook and Twitter.

Speaking to the Sun Herald the star said she deleted Snapchat – and temporarily Facebook – because "it makes me really distracted sometimes".

"I was getting so sucked into watching and reading things I just didn't want to know," the fashionista continued.

While later speaking to Fairfax Media, the model said: "I don't have an app for it [Twitter, Snapchat, and Facebook] on my phone, just Instagram.

But an employee can log on to Twitter, "If I feel like there is something I want to tweet".

Hailey found herself thrust into the spotlight this year after she started dating Canadian popstar Justin. 

But seeing the singer came with a lot of negative attention, and the model previously spoke about how she was struggling to grow a "thick skin".

In April, the star told Marie Claire: 'I don't want attention out of dating somebody.

"It's hard to date somebody in this industry. You have to have really thick skin and be very strong.'

Hailey had previously been a big hit on Snapchat, evening filming herself getting bum injections before Kendall's birthday party. 

Clinging on to her friends hand for support, the gorgeous girl can be seen with her shorts pulled down at a doctors surgery.

And showing off her slim figure, the star squealed as the procedure took place. 

"Getting those vitamin shots in," the blonde simply captioned the clip.
