During his concert on Thursday (October 20) at the Manchester Arena in England, Justin Bieber, who made headlines earlier in the week for telling his fans to stop screaming during his concerts, did the same thing again. Bieber was talking with the audience about the search for purpose in life when a fan nearby began shouting wildly at the performer.

"I just thought I could have a moment of trying to say something," Justin shared on stage when he was trying to speak. "But if not, I'll just get to singing if you guys don't want to hear me speak. I don't mind cutting the bullsh-. I don't need to talk. I'm just trying to engage." You can watch the full video on TMZ now.
Bieber paused and, with a hint of annoyance, offered the loud attendee his microphone. They apparently declined, according to Just Jared Jr. "If you guys want to take this moment..." he said. "I just thought I could have a moment. I'm trying to say something. But if not, I'll just get to singing if you guys don't want to hear me speak. I don't mind cutting the bullsh*t. I don't need to talk. I'm just trying to engage. But if you guys don't want to do that, we'll just play the music."
Celebuzz reported that when Bieber turned his back to fans and began walking off the stage, that's when the booing began. Earlier in the show, he reportedly asked fans to "stay as quiet as possible" while he performed.

During his Birmingham concert on Oct. 17, Justin told Beliebers that their screaming was "obnoxious." He also told them to "take a chill pill." The fans started booing him at the very end. Then Bieber went on to rant.
