Could Justin Bieber be arrested next week for thumbing nose at Miami judge?

Tick, tock. The clock's ticking in Miami for pop star Justin Bieber.

Back on Sept. 30, Miami-Dade County Circuit Court Judge Gerald Bagley gave The Biebs until Oct. 30, Sunday, to fly to the Magic City and make himself available for a deposition for a civil court case.

It's Tuesday, and still no Bieber.

And it's getting near impossible for the singer to show up if he wanted to.

Between now and Sunday, he's got four shows to do in Europe, 4,222 miles away.

Certainly, a source close to the court case says, Bieber could show up with a private jet on, say, Friday. That's the only day off he's got before Sunday.

But as of today, no conference room in downtown Miami has been reserved. No videographer has been hired. No court reporter has been given a date.

And the only dates the pop star has are in Sheffield, England, Wednesday night and Glasgow, Scotland, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.

The singer of "Sorry" could end up being really sorry come Monday when Bagley is told the boyish star didn't make it.

On Sept. 30, Bagley told Bieber's lawyers he'd issue a writ of bodily attachment, a document that asks authorities in the United States who come in contact with Bieber to arrest him and ship him to Miami.

"Three things are going to happen within the next few days," said the legal community source, who asked not to be named. "Justin's going to cancel a show and come to Miami or he's going to get arrested or he is going to settle this case. None of the solutions look good for him."

Bieber is entangled in yet another lawsuit involving a photographer. Plaintiff Manuel Munoz, a Miami Beach paparazzi, filed two years ago, claiming he watched Bieber order his bodyguards to track him down and take his camera.

Munoz's attorney, Aventura's Mark DiCowden, has tried to depose Bieber several times, but the singer has refused to sit down with him.

Neither DiCowden nor Bieber's attorney returned calls and emails for comment.
