Justin Bieber ordered to appear in court

Justin Bieber has been ordered by a judge to return to Miami to give a deposition for a lawsuit filed by a photographer who accuses the Beebs' bodyguards attacking him inside a Subway restaurant.

They must've really not liked their sandwiches.

Bieber is currently on tour in Europe until the end of November, which will likely cause him problems, as the judge said told Bieber's lawyers Wednesday he wants him back within 30 days, according to TMZ.

Obviously, this judge has no idea how important Justin Bieber is.

According to court documents, if Bieber doesn't return, the judge will issue a writ of bodily attachment, meaning police can bring him in if he doesn't come voluntarily.

TMZ reported the photographer's lawyer, Mark DiCowden, wants to question Bieber about his previous altercations with fans and photographers.
