Justin Bieber needs to return to Miami or he'll be sorry.
The pop star has been ordered by a judge to return to Florida within the next 30 days to attend a deposition on a case involving his security guards and a photographer — or else cops will come and find him to bring him there, TMZ reports.
Photog Manuel Munoz's attorney is set to question the "Sorry" singer about his previous altercations with photographers and fans in a videotaped sit-down, according to the gossip site.
Returning to the Sunshine State might be a trek for the singer, who is currently in Europe on a tight schedule for his Purpose tour until the end of November.
Justin Bieber, bodyguard sued by photographer
If he does not show up within the month, the judge will issue a writ of bodily attachment, which calls for sheriff's deputies to find him and bring him in.
This isn't the only time Bieber has been in trouble with the law in Miami: He waved to fans in 2014 after being freed on $2,500 bond for alleged DUI and other driving related offenses in the city.
(Ralph Notaro / Splash News/Ralph Notaro / Splash News)The deposition stems from a January 2014 incident where Bieber's bodyguards reportedly chased Munoz into a Subway restaurant after he had taken pictures of the singer as he was leaving SET nightclub.
The lawsuit also claims the guards locked Munoz inside the restaurant and injured him. Munoz sued the Biebs and his team in March 2014 for causing harm and allegedly confiscating the memory card from his camera.
Munoz said in the suit that he was punched and kicked by the guards, but his police report only stated that the bodyguard tripped him causing a "small scratch on his knee," according to TMZ.
