Toby Sheldon, the Justin Bieber lookalike who spent a lot on surgery to look like the pop star, had reportedly died due to "multiple drug intoxication".
The 35-year-old, whose real name was Tobia Strebel, was found dead in a motel hotel room in the San Fernando Valley, California, on 21 August last year.
An autopsy report obtained by tmz.com from the LA County Coroner listed the cause of death as "multiple drug intoxication" and stated that there was no apparently trauma or foul play.
As per the report, Sheldon had a mixture of narcotic painkillers and prescription drugs in his system at the time of his death.
The songwriter was found dead last summer, three days after he was reported missing.
There were speculations that drugs had played a role in his death as the police had found some substances in the room where he died. Last September the coroner said they were unsure if it was a suicide.
After Justin Bieber became a popular star in 2008, Sheldon decided that he wanted to look like him. There began his long journey with cosmetic treatments on which he spent close to $1,00,000. He underwent several plastic surgeries, like 'smile surgery', 'eyelid surgery' and hair transplants in his attempt to look more like the pop- star.
The autopsy reports have revealed that the overdose was accidental and Sheldon had a strong cocktail of drugs in his system including substances like Valium, Vicodin, Xanax and Temazepam among others.
Sheldon's surgeries made him popular on television as well when he came on the shows Botched and My Strange Addiction to talk about them.
