Video Asks Justin Bieber to Meet St. Louis Park Student with Down Syndrome

A 19-year-old St. Louis Park High School senior is trying to meet Justin Bieber on Sunday, June 19, when Bieber performs a concert at Target Center in Minneapolis.

Danny Ellis' brothers put together a video for their "Justin Bieber Superfan" brother who has Down syndrome to encourage Bieber to meet with Ellis during the concert. The video has reached over 4,000 views since it was posted May 31.

The video highlights Ellis' knowledge of all things Justin Bieber, from memorizing lyrics to performing the choreographed dance moves on stage.

Ellis' family, classmates, teachers, friends and doctor all shared why he is truly the biggest Justin Bieber fan.
