Someone Made Justin Bieber Sound Like 1985 Pop Songs

Unexpected but it works.

Just a few weeks ago, we were treated to Drake's official remix of "One Dance" featuring none-other than Justin Bieber. While that may have satisfied Belieber's for the time being, today we were treated with another flavor of new Bieber music, as odd as it might be. Inspired by the sounds of 1985, Canadian producer Tronicbox, aka Jerry Shen, remixed Justin Bieber's singles "What Do You Mean?" and "Love Yourself", taking the vocals and overlaying them onto synth-heavy,saxophone-laden, 1985-esque tones. The results are oddly satisfying and unexpectedly perfect. While that may have been enough, Jerry Shen also created accompanying art for the tracks, featuring a 1980's version of Bieber donning a mullet, 80s apparel and all.

Check out the remixes of Bieber's "What Do You Mean?" and "Love Yourself" as well as Tonicbox's 1985 take on Ariana Grande's "One Last Time" below.
