The pop sensation has been very vocal lately about his feelings towards fans and being treated 'like a zoo animal' when approached for photos.
Though the Love Yourself star is currently in the middle of his Purpose world tour, the source added that 'the situation is serious and no one is taking it lightly. Justin is extremely burnt out and just needs a break.'

According to witnesses at the game, when Justin appeared on the jumbotron, he was almost universally booed by the crowd in attendance.
'Justin Bieber, supporting the home team in his Cavs T-shirt, nearly had his eardrums booed off by Cleveland fans,' tweeted sportswriter @MrMichaelLee.
'Honestly not sure what I like more: the Cavs winning or 20,000 people booing Justin Bieber. Cuz that just happened,' added reporter @AdamWoodard in his own tweet.
Justin has since removed all Instagram messages he posted pertaining to his time at the game that night.
