Is Justin Bieber still trying to win back Selena Gomez?
On Monday, Bieber, 22, started following Gomez, 23, on Instagram again, sparking new speculation that the "Love Yourself" singer might be missing his ex-girlfriend and still hasn't moved on completely.

A Hollywood Life source recently dished on why Bieber might have re-followed the "Hands To Myself" hit maker.
"Following her on Instagram again is his way of letting her know that he's thinking about her. She's definitely been on his mind a lot," the insider told the publication.
This news comes after Bieber was spotted hanging out with Rita Ora, 25, and Nicola Peltz, 21 over the past few weeks.
Bieber has admitted that he'll always love Gomez after sharing a passionate relationship with the singer for several years so it wouldn't be surprising if he finds himself missing her from time to time.

However, Gomez doesn't seem to share Bieber's feelings as she is reportedly too busy with her "Revival" tour to contact her ex-boyfriend.
"Selena is busy and enjoying being on tour, she loves not having to miss Justin, she loves not having to be bored and text Justin to pass the time. She loves that she doesn't have to keep tabs on him because she would always watch out for what he was doing while she was not working," another source told Hollywood Life.
Meanwhile, last month, fans of Bieber and Gomez speculated that the former may have left a sweet voice mail for the "Good For You" singer before her first "Revival" show.
In an Instagram clip posted by a fan in May, Bieber can be overheard leaving someone a voicemail while he was at a tattoo shop.
"I just wanted to talk to you and send you my love… you're doing great," he says in the short video.
Bieber can also be heard saying hello to the person he's leaving the voicemail to, but it's not clear enough to make out. However, Hollywood Life noted that it sounds like he is saying, "Hi, Sel."
