"Justin flew Nicola to Toronto to show her around Canada," an insider revealed to Radar. "The two have been chatting for a bit now."

The pair recently took their budding romance public when they went to Mastro's Steakhouse in Beverly Hills on May 25.

The new secret rendezvous comes on the heels of 22-year-old Bieber's bad behavior raising eyebrows.

As Radar reported, Bieber recently got a tiny cross tattooed on his face, and he was caught on video fistfighting a fan who wanted his autograph.
