Justin Bieber addresses recent stage fall

Justin Bieber has addressed a recent incident at a gig last week that saw him fall off the stage.

The star suffered a fall at the Credit Union Centre in the Canadian city of Saskatoon last Thursday (June 16).

Video footage showed the singer walking down the stage before appearing to fall off it, hitting his side with a massive thump in the process. Scroll below to watch.

Bieber has now taken to Twitter to address the incident in jest. "I'm a cat. I got 9 lives. Lol," he joked. See that tweet beneath.

Last week Bieber paid tribute to late Voice singer Christina Grimmie, who was shot outside a venue after a recent concert.
