FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) Ten-year-old Naisy Chavez is getting the weekend of a lifetime. Through Make-A-Wish North Dakota, Naisy is getting to meet Justin Bieber while he's in Fargo on his Purpose World Tour.
While in Fargo, Naisy and her family are taking in iconic Fargo landmarks (Fargo Theater and Sandy's Donuts to name a few). On Saturday, she'll visit West Acres Mall; she'll be treated to a new outfit courtesy of Justice, along with shopping at Claire's. Salon Professionals Academy will do her hair and nails before she meets Bieber.
