The Justin Bieber juggernaut keeps chugging along with unexpected news that he's dropping a new single Friends this Friday. The single was ...JUSTIN Bieber has revealed he will a brand new single on Thursday, despite cancelling his Purpose stadium tour only four weeks ago.
The Canadian superstar left fans devastated when he pulled out of the remaining 14 dates of his gruelling tour in July in order to remain "sustainable".
However it appears the star has a peace offering to give to his fans as he took to social media to tease his new single, Friends.
The 23-year-old flooded his Instagram page with the cover artwork of his new track as he teasingly wrote: "New music. Thursday noon."
Friends see Justin collaborate with producer Bloodpop, the pair are already familiar with each other after Bloodpop produced several songs on the Purpose album.
Meanwhile, the star was pictured enjoying a relaxing run in Runyon Canyon Park in Los Angeles just hours before he delighted fans with the new music update.
And fans could be hearing even more new music from Justin soon after The Sun Online revealed Cheryl is heading to the US to meet Justin about a collaboration.
The 34-year-old, who welcomed her first child with boyfriend Liam Payne earlier this year, was reported over the weekend to be heading across the pond to work on her fifth solo album.

And a source close to the singer revealed that Cheryl is hoping Justin will record a track with her, after Liam set the meeting up.
Cheryl's last album was 2014's Only Human, having released her debut solo record, 3 Words, back in 2009.
Justin did not hint he would be working on more when he wrote an emotional post to explain why he had cancelled his tour.
He wrote: "I've learned the more you appreciate your calling, the more you want to protect your calling.
"Me taking this time right now is me saying I want to be SUSTAINABLE ... I want my career to be sustainable, but I also want my mind, heart, and soul to be sustainable.
"So that I can be the man I want to be, the husband I eventually want to be, and the father I want to be."

Elsewhere in the note, Bieber alluded to his past mistakes as he wrote: "I have let my insecurities get the best of me at times, I let my broken relationships dictate the way I acted toward people and the way I treated them.
"I let bitterness, jealousy and fear run my life.!!!! ... What I'm not gonna do is be ashamed of my mistakes. I wanna be a man that learns from them and grows from them!!"

Justin Bieber and Cheryl Cole are not collaborating on a song, nor did her boyfriend Liam Payne arrange for any such meeting, despite a tabloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this inaccurate story about Bieber working on music with Cole. We're told it's 100 percent untrue.
According to The Sun, "Cheryl is heading to America to meet with Justin Bieber about a possible collaboration… and it's all set up by boyfriend Liam." A so-called "insider" is quoted telling the British tabloid that while in Los Angeles, Cole is going "to discuss finally doing that track together." The alleged source adds in bizarrely choppy language, "Set-up by Liam… a big favor… Biebs has said 'cool, let's hang out and talk' but he can be notoriously flaky and ruthless when it comes to his music."
Allow Gossip Cop to be even more ruthless. Once again, The Sun is off-key with its reporting about Bieber. He and Cole are not set to talk about a collaboration. A mutual pal of ours and Bieber's exclusively assures us it's "not true."
Sadly, this is hardly the first story about Bieber that the British tabloid has gotten wrong. In 2013, for example, we busted the publication when it falsely alleged Bieber wanted to buy a home in Dubai. At the time, the outlet inaccurately maintained the singer was "looking at houses with a view to a longer-term stay." That same year, Gossip Cop also corrected the paper when it ran an unfounded article about Britney Spears being a mentor to Bieber and trying to "talk sense into him" after some previous bad behavior.
And just last year, Gossip Cop, we schooled the tabloid again when it mistakenly asserted that Bieber wanted to hire a British butler. The paper contended the singer got the idea for a "manservant" after watching the "TV series 'Gotham,' in which English actor Sean Pertwee plays Batman's butler Alfred Pennyworth." Actually, the only thing that got served was bad dish from that publication. Much like those articles, the latest about Bieber and Cole possibly collaborating is similarly wrong.

The Biebs is rumoured to be quite good at picking up women, but despite having all the money in the world and good looks to boot, it seems he actually can't land any woman he wants.

TweetThe top 20 of this past weekend's ARIA Singles chart includes just one song featuring an Australian artist; Jonas Blue's Mama, featuring Sydney's William Singe at #11.
The next local artist to appear on the chart comes at #21 with Jessica Mauboy's Fallin'.
The result is shocking to say the least, especially when you can say that there are more songs featuring Justin Bieber in the top 20 (Despacito, 2U, I'm The One), then there are any Aussie artists.
It's even more damning when compared to the latest US Billboard Singles Chart, which currently features songs from 14 locals in the top 20 alone.
The figures are slightly healthier on the ARIA Albums chart, where seven Aussie recordings appeared in the top 40 this week (Boo Seeka #8, Dan Sultan #13, Judah Kelly #18, Vera Blue #24, The Ten Tenors #34, Meg Mac #36, Travis Collins & Amber Lawrence #40).
Things were looking at its worst earlier this year when just two Australian artists featured in the top 40 and though the number has increased to currently stand at six, the situation is dire.
Speaking to The Music in May, music mogul Michael Gudinski said ARIA including streaming data in its chart figures has hurt locals acts.
"… It's a situation that, if something is not dealt with, it's going to make it even more so that Australian artists have got to work internationally before they break their home country and that's not a good thing," he said.
Meanwhile Managing Director of SGC Media, Stephen Green, said the industry needs to accept that "the system is broken" and find a way to fix it.
"It's not about blaming streaming or radio - people in there want Australian music to thrive as much as anyone," Green told The Music.
"It's also not about re-weighting the chart to pretend like our songs are being heard when they aren't.
"What we need is to find a solution that is born from a coalition across the stakeholders that stand up and say that Australian music is important and that we have a complex structural problem that's worth solving."

And Iris Apatow, 14, proved the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree as she attended the 2017 Teen Choice Awards at the University of Southern California's Galen Center in Los Angeles on Sunday night.
The teen looked the spitting image of her actress mother, Leslie Mann, 45, as she hit the red carpet with her dad, 49.

The actress- who has already appeared in the likes of Knocked Up, This Is 40 and Love - kept her hair straight and make-up natural.
Iris added extra height to her frame with a pair of pink platform heels as she enjoyed her night out with her doting dad.
